Intercos Group, a leading cosmetics manufacturer, is seeking an Account Development Coordinator in Culver City, CA to support the Account Development Manager through the development cycle, including formula, price, and package approval, with emphasis on timely sample fulfillment and regulatory responses.

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Cosmetics industry knowledge a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Receive sample requests and arrange shipments from global sample rooms.
• Lead the sample tracker to ensure client requirements are met in a timely manner.
• Enter regulatory requests into the Regulatory System and Tracker.
• Send weekly updates to regulatory and monitor deadlines.
• Review training materials and stay knowledgeable about the product portfolio.
• Assist in product selection and collection meetings; support client visits to the LA lab.
• Maintain databases and archives for development work.
• Participate in exhibitions as needed.
