Job summary

Intercos America in New York is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing team with project coordination, product launches, and materials management. The role requires strong organization and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced cosmetics environment.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product Development, Packaging, and Creative teams, prepare presentations, manage samples, and help ensure campaigns meet quality standards and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of marketing, coordinator, administrative, or related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cosmetics or beauty industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track marketing projects, timelines, and deliverables for internal and client initiatives.
• Assist with organization and distribution of marketing samples, promotional materials, and product launch assets.
• Support the preparation of presentations, product boards, competitive analyses, and marketing recaps.
• Maintain and update marketing databases, product information sheets, and inventory tracking spreadsheets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Development, Packaging, Sample Room, and Creative teams to ensure alignment on project timelines and priorities.
• Monitor and respond to marketing-related requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in coordinating trade shows, client meetings, photo shoots, and marketing events.
• Prepare and ship marketing materials and product samples domestically and internationally as needed.
• Ensure all marketing materials and samples meet company presentation and quality standards.
• Maintain organized digital and physical marketing files, samples, and archives.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing department as needed.
