FacesFirst Cosmetic Surgery, a part of AOO | ENT Specialists of the Rockies, in Lone Tree, CO, seeks a friendly, organized Front Desk Coordinator to greet patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage leads. The role supports daily operations of our cosmetic surgery and aesthetic practice.

You will engage prospective patients by phone, text, and email, following up on inquiries and guiding leads to consultations with professional, courteous service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a cosmetic surgery front-desk environment preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional, friendly and organized demeanor.
• Ability to follow through and manage multiple tasks in a busy front-office setting.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and assist patients and visitors.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries.
• Schedule, confirm and manage patient appointments.
• Respond promptly to new patient leads by phone, text and email.
• Manage prospective patient leads from initial inquiry through consultation scheduling.
• Develop knowledge of FacesFirst providers, procedures and skincare products.
• Enter and maintain patient information in the EMR and process payments.
