Job summary

Marietta Plastic Surgery is seeking a dynamic front desk coordinator to join our Marietta office. The role focuses on delivering high-end customer service, handling inquiries, pricing and product information, and accurately capturing patient data in our system.

The ideal candidate will greet patients, manage check-in/out, support schedule flow, and assist with lead generation while collaborating with clinicians and staff to ensure a welcoming experience.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a cosmetic/plastic surgery or dermatology setting preferred.
• Positive, outgoing and friendly attitude.
• Ability to make an outstanding first impression.
• Skilled and articulate communicator.
• Solutions oriented.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to travel between Marietta and Woodstock offices.

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes patients and checks them in/out for appointments.
• Facilitates patient flow and notifies staff of arrivals and delays.
• Oversees entry of patient data in Nextech (EHR).
• Captures contact information for prospective patients and generates leads.
• Educates patients on services offered and answers inquiries.
• Maintains a clean, organized front desk area and professional environment.
