Kdc One in New Albany, Ohio seeks a Product Development Chemist to lead new product development from ideation through launch, ensuring adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.

You will document procedures, coordinate with manufacturing and QA, and communicate progress across departments and with customers and suppliers; a BS/BA in chemistry or related field with 2–4 years of formulation experience is required.

• BS/BA in Chemistry or related field with 2–4 years of hands-on formulation experience.
• Experience across all stages of product development from ideation to manufacturing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead new product development from ideation through launch.
• Coordinate resources to meet targets and cost targets per briefs.
• Document procedures and maintain lab notebook records.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, QA, and suppliers to ensure smooth scale-up.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with GMP and related standards.
• Communicate project status across departments and with customers/vendors.
• Evaluate aging, stability, and packaging compatibility tests.
