Job summary

Bell International Laboratories is seeking a Research Associate to support cosmetic product development and production readiness. You will modify formulas for client requirements, follow procedures, and batch products for production, reporting to the R&D Director or VP.

Responsibilities include sample preparation, testing, documentation, and maintaining lab standards, with emphasis on accuracy and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemistry or related sciences.
• 1-3 years as a technician or similar industry role.
• Hands-on lab experience with formulation and QA.

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples based on formulations and management instructions.
• Ensure bulk batches, finished products and materials meet specs and document properly.
• Learn production-transition challenges and support production floor readiness.
• Perform routine tests (pH, viscosity, specific gravity, organoleptic tests).
• Maintain accurate records and a clean laboratory environment.
