Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our cosmetic development team in Los Angeles. You will support development projects by preparing and scaling batches and assisting with formulation work.

You will perform product testing (pH, viscosity, specific gravity, penetration) and maintain meticulous lab records. The role includes sample handling, raw-material info, pricing, and logistics coordination.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant laboratory, product-development, or technical experience.
• Science-related educational background or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Interest in personal care, cosmetics, consumer products, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to keep accurate documentation.
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style.
