Job summary

Palomacares in Frisco, Texas is hiring a dependable Surgical Technologist on a consistent part-time schedule to support the surgical team. You will prepare the operating room, maintain sterile technique, and assist during elective aesthetic procedures such as breast surgery and body contouring.

Successful candidates will have knowledge of sterile technique, reliability for 2–3 surgery days weekly, and a professional, team-oriented approach. BLS certification is preferred or obtainable after hire.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the surgeon during outpatient surgical procedures and anticipate the needs of the team.
• Prepare the operating room before each case (supplies, equipment, instruments, sterile setup).
• Maintain sterile technique throughout every procedure.
• Assist with patient positioning, prepping and draping.
• Handle instruments, sutures, dressings and supplies; turn over and clean the OR between cases.
• Support instrument sterilization and inventory management; help with post-operative dressings and patient care.
