AG Aesthetic Center is seeking a skilled Scrub & Central Sterile Technician to support a busy plastic surgery practice and accredited surgery center. The role combines intraoperative scrub duties with central sterile processing responsibilities, ensuring safety and efficient case flow.

This is a part-time role with on-call availability and a guaranteed minimum of 20 hours per week. Qualified candidates have accredited Surgical Technology or Central Sterile Processing training, CST/CRCST

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology or Central Sterile Processing program
• Current CST and/or CRCST certification preferred
• 1–2 years scrub experience; plastic surgery experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Prepare and maintain sterile fields for plastic surgery procedures
• Scrub in for cases and pass instruments efficiently
• Maintain accurate counts of sponges, needles, and instruments
• Assist with patient positioning and sterile draping
• Set up ORs with instruments, supplies and equipment
• Clean, decontaminate, inspect, and package instruments in sterile processing
