Texas Orthopedic Center of Excellence is seeking a Full-Time Surgical Technologist/Scrub Tech. The role supports sterile technique in outpatient orthopedic and GI procedures with a weekday schedule and potential early mornings/evenings.

Responsibilities include scrubbing, preparing supplies, and maintaining sterility as part of the surgical team. Qualifications include a Surgical Technician program, high school diploma, state/center certification, and preferred ambulatory center experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and completion of a Surgical Technician Program or equivalent
• State/center certification as required
• Ambulatory surgical center experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient management
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and flexibility for changing schedules

Responsibilities

• Scrub for surgical procedures and assist as a member of the surgical team
• Maintain a sterile field during procedures
• Prepare supplies, instruments, and equipment
• Support quality improvement activities and organizational goals
