The role requires front-office dental experience with expertise in treatment planning, financial presentation, and insurance verification, along with proficiency in practice management software.

Qualifications

• Proven front office experience in a dental setting with treatment planning, financial presentation, and insurance coordination.
• Strong background in managing patient and insurance collections.
• Solid understanding of dental terminology, cosmetic services, Invisalign, and reconstructive treatments.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication with patient advocacy focus.
• Familiarity with modern dental practice management software and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Present comprehensive treatment plans, explain financial options clearly, and answer questions to facilitate acceptance.
• Drive patient collections and follow up on outstanding balances, ensuring co-pays and deductibles are collected at service.
• Verify insurance coverage, process claims, and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.
• Maintain an optimal daily schedule for doctors and hygienists, manage cancellations and fill-ins efficiently.
• Track unscheduled treatment plans and promote high treatment completion rates.
