Job summary

Sono Bello in Savannah, GA is seeking a dynamic Consult Experience Specialist (CES) to be the first contact for patients and ensure an exceptional experience from start to finish. Responsibilities include greeting patients, verifying appointments, supporting Sales Consultants, data entry, scheduling, processing payments, and preparing deposits.

Base salary is $45,000 with bonus and overtime potential, with a total earning range of $45,000–$57,000; benefits include health coverage, 401(k)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service or front-desk roles, ideally in medical/aesthetic settings.
• Strong verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and verify appointments to ensure a seamless office introduction.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the patient journey.
• Support Sales Consultants by facilitating consultations and handling administrative tasks.
• Ensure accurate data entry, schedule appointments, process payments, and prepare deposits.
• Collaborate with team to identify patient success stories for online endorsements.
• Assist with patient inquiries and follow-ups pre- and post-operation.
• Support cross-selling by preparing quotes and consent forms as needed.
