Job summary

Birmingham Center for Cosmetic Dentistry is seeking a dynamic Front Desk professional to greet patients, manage phones, verify insurance, and support scheduling for Doctors and Hygienists.

The role requires multitasking in a fast-paced dental office with a welcoming atmosphere and a focus on providing excellent patient experiences. Benefits include vacation, holidays, and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience preferred.
• Outstanding professionalism, high moral standards and strong work ethic.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and staff.
• Open Dental experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes daily insurance verifications for all scheduled patients.
• Greet patients by first name and assist them during their visit.
• Answer phone calls and manage the scheduling of Doctor(s) and Hygienist.
• Submit Insurance Claims with proper attachments and narratives.
• Follow up with unscheduled recare/treatment appointments and billing questions.
