ALABAMA REGIONAL MEDICAL SERVICES is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for our dental clinic. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and manage patient flow to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in Spanish and English, with strong customer service and organizational skills, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced clinical environment. High school diploma required; Dentrix experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of dental clinic experience preferred.
• 1 year of Dentrix experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients and visitors, issuing identification as required.
• Maintain smooth patient flow in the waiting area.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for dental and clinic services.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, take accurate messages, and respond to inquiries.
• Verify insurance coverage prior to appointments or walk-ins.
• Collect and post co-pays and other payments into the Practice Management System.
• Balance daily receipts and maintain accurate sign-in logs.
• Provide administrative support to front desk and clinical staff to ensure quality patient care.
