Job summary

Shiseido Americas is seeking a Color Technician to ensure bulk cosmetic batches match reference shade standards. The role involves batching shade matching for lipstick, foundation, and powders, reviewing color history, and renewing color standards.

You will support full-scale shade matching, conduct investigations, and communicate with Manufacturing, Quality Control, and R&D. A high school diploma and 3 years of shade matching (or 5+ years in related fields) are required in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Must have 3 years of cosmetic shade matching experience or 5+ years in related chemical or paint industry.
• Ability to see color and strong attention to detail.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of GMP and ISO requirements.

Responsibilities

• Batch shade matching for lipstick, foundation, powders, and other color cosmetics.
• Review batch color history and track daily adjustments.
• Maintain and renew color standards upon expiration.
• Support full-scale batch shade matching and shade investigations.
• Communicate with Manufacturing, Quality Control, R&D and customers as needed.
