Qualifications

• 1–3 years as Compounder I or equivalent batch-processing experience.
• High School Diploma or GED; chemistry knowledge preferred.
• Proficient in converting US/metric weights and basic math.
• Must pass a color hue test.

Responsibilities

• Precision blending on Symex mixers following PI sheets.
• Manage material inventory to ensure on-time production.
• Assist with shading, mentorship, and solvent checks.
• Maintain cGMP sanitation and kettle maintenance.
• Support safety programs and continuous improvement.
• Provide other departmental support as needed.
