Job summary

Pipeline Medical is seeking a Cosmetic Sales Representative to drive new business from a home-office base in New Jersey. You will own territory pipeline, prospect practices never before buying from Pipeline Medical, and lead discovery calls to build a compelling business case.

The role is hybrid, with in-territory visits and in-person closing as needed. You will source and close new accounts, manage the ramp, and transition successful customers to an Account Manager after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Proven success in net-new business development with quota attainment.
• Experience with high-volume cold outreach — calls, emails, social selling.
• Knowledge of medical aesthetics and cosmetic injectables is preferred.
• Experience selling into medical aesthetic practices and closing first orders.

Responsibilities

• Territory ownership: build and manage a pipeline of practices not currently buying from Pipeline Medical.
• Prospect through high-volume outbound activities and qualify opportunities to protect selling time.
• Conduct discovery conversations with decision makers to establish need and urgency.
• Close the business: handle objections, negotiate terms, and secure first orders.
• Drive first order and onboard customers; hand off to Account Manager after ramp.
