Job summary

Nevada Gold Mines is seeking an Underground Predictive Maintenance Technician for the Goldrush area. You will monitor the health of mobile and fixed assets and report findings to the maintenance team, aiding the site in catching equipment issues before failures occur.

Responsibilities include data collection using vibration, oil analysis, infrared and ultrasonic testing, database maintenance, and creating reports for management. A safety-focused, rotating shift schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years' mobile maintenance experience preferred.
• Proven safety record required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics required.
• Computer skills including Excel, Word, and SAP required.

Underground Predictive Maintenance Technician - Goldrush

Our people division is growing, and we are looking for an Underground Predictive Maintenance Technician to join our Underground Reliability Maintenance team at Goldrush. Reporting to the Underground Reliability Maintenance Supervisor, the successful candidate will monitor the health of mobile and fixed assets and report findings to the maintenance team, helping the site catch equipment issues before they become failures.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data on all types of mobile and fixed equipment using predictive maintenance technologies, including but not limited to vibration analysis, oil analysis, diesel emissions, infrared, and ultrasonic testing.
• Create and maintain databases for each predictive maintenance technology.
• Generate and distribute condition and follow-up reports to all levels of management.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Proven safety record required.
• Excellent attendance record required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics required.
• Computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and SAP required.
• Ability to schedule and prioritize workload required.
• Demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the job required.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule of days and nights, as this is an essential function of this role.
• Previous training and experience applying predictive maintenance technologies and associated software and hardware preferred.
• Five (5) years' mobile maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair all types of mobile equipment preferred.
