Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America is seeking a Corrugator Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Arizona. You will oversee corrugator operations, plan shift activities, and supervise a team to meet production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires 4+ years in corrugator environments, a high school diploma or GED, and flexibility to work variable hours. Authorized to work in the U.S. is mandatory. PCA offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 4+ years of corrugator experience with knowledge of machinery and safety practices.
• Able to work flexible hours as needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift activities and plan schedules with the shift supervisor to meet production goals.
• supervise employees, approve time records, and communicate company policy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, injury-free work environment and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Train employees on equipment, protocols, safety regulations, and waste control.
• Perform quality control tests and verify job quality; investigate customer complaints.
• Inspect materials, products, and equipment to detect malfunctions and assist in troubleshooting.
• Analyze corrugator performance, identify improvements, and drive process changes.
• Participate in production meetings and coordinate with scheduling to meet requirements.
• Maintain downtime records and material utilization reports.
