Job summary

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of corrugator experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage shift schedules to meet production goals and ensure smooth workflow.
• Oversee employees, approve time records, and enforce company policy.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure health and safety procedures are followed.
• Train staff on equipment, protocols, production standards and safety.
• Perform quality control tests according to continuous improvement standards.
• Analyze corrugator performance and recommend process/equipment improvements.
• Coordinate with scheduling to meet production requirements.
