Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America is seeking an experienced operator for a corrugated sheets production line. You will be part of a manufacturing crew handling setup, operation, and quality checks to meet production goals and customer specs, including driving a roll clamp and sit-down forklift.

Role requires a strong safety record, teamwork, and the ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift with potential overtime. High school diploma or GED is required, and prior corrugated equipment experience is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Read and understand basic English.
• Minimum 2 years on manufacturing equipment.
• Strong safety background with good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Member of a manufacturing machine crew making corrugated sheets for boxes.
• Set up and run machine to meet production goals.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure sheets meet customer specifications.
• Drive roll clamp and sit-down fork truck as needed.
• Maintain machine and work area cleanliness.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Must be able to work all assigned overtime.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Shift is 2nd (3pm–11pm) or 3rd (11pm–7am).
• Minimum 2 years working on manufacturing equipment.
