Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking a Corrugator Supervisor to oversee shift operations, equipment, and personnel in our Wallula, WA location. The role drives production efficiency, enforces safety policies, and collaborates with the scheduling team to meet daily goals.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in manufacturing, strong leadership, and knowledge of corrugator processes, with the ability to train crews and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years manufacturing experience with corrugator machinery knowledge.
• Able to work flexible hours and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shift schedules with the supervisor to meet production goals and ensure up-time.
• Oversee employees, approve time records, and reinforce company policies.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and enforce safety procedures.
• Train staff on equipment, protocols, production standards, and waste control.
• Perform quality control tests per PCA standards and investigate issues.
• Supervise equipment operation and troubleshoot slowdowns or malfunctions.
• Analyze performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement changes.
• Participate in production meetings and report updates to scheduling.
