Job summary

International Paper in Oklahoma City seeks a Corrugator Lead to direct daily operations on the corrugator line. You will coach staff, manage safety, and ensure on-time delivery of orders while maintaining quality and efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, Excel skills, and experience with inventory and SAP. Must be able to work all shifts and pass forklift certification where required.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership capabilities and ability to coach and develop staff.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Excel proficiency required for data tracking and reporting.
• Experience with inventory management and parts procurement preferred.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn all corrugator positions and operate forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead corrugator team to meet production goals.
• Follow safety rules and conduct safety training.
• Supervise and assign tasks; monitor quality and output.
• Inventory materials, parts, and supplies.
• Establish work practices and train associates.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and cost-reduction ideas.
