Job summary

International Paper is seeking a Corrugator Supervisor for the Dover, Delaware facility. The role oversees a 3rd shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) on salaried, full-time basis and directly supervises a shift of hourly employees, driving safety, quality and productivity to meet targets.

You will train and direct staff, evaluate performance, recognize achievements, and foster teamwork. A strong emphasis on safety and continuous improvement is required to deliver high-quality corrugated boards.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience required.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• College and/or related technical courses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervisor to one shift of hourly employees. Supervise safety, quality, productivity and engagement to meet goals.
• Supervise daily production of corrugated board; train, plan, assign, and direct work; evaluate performance; promote safety and quality production.
