Job summary

This role emphasizes cross-training to cover all positions on both dry end and wet end, with potential to move into a Corrugator Supervisory role as needed.

The position may require working 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts. You will report to the Corrugator Supervisor, train new hires, ensure safety and housekeeping, and coordinate with maintenance on

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of supervisory experience are required.
• Prior experience in corrugated industry preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality, efficiency, and production levels per management.
• Able to perform any corrugator position on the dry end and wet end.
• Train and support new hires assigned to the corrugator.
• Report quality concerns to Corrugator Superintendent and Plant Manager.
• Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance with supervisor and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and housekeeping.
