Job summary

Smurfit Westrock is seeking a Production Supervisor for Corrugator on the 3rd shift in Lancaster, PA. You will oversee shift operations with emphasis on safety, quality, delivery and cost, coaching operators and driving maintenance practices.

Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, coordinating with other departments, and producing daily shift reports while promoting Lean, continuous improvement and a culture of accountability across the plant.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; preferred Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in manufacturing supervision and lean environments preferred.
• Candidates should demonstrate coaching and safety leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day shift operations with emphasis on safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Act as first point of contact for operators regarding mechanical issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and enforce control procedures.
• Coordinate production activities with other departments to meet goals.
• Monitor activities to minimize waste and adhere to schedules.
• Input data to measure KPIs around efficiencies and downtime.
• Provide safety, environmental and health recommendations for the facility.
• Produce daily shift production reports and reviews.
