Pratt Industries is hiring a full-time machine operator in the US. You will run the corrugated printing/finishing line, monitor quality, and help maintain equipment. Training will be provided to improve process efficiency and safety adherence.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, with preferred experience in the corrugated industry and prior time on press/finishing roles. A strong safety mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preference for prior corrugated industry experience.
• 6 months’ experience in press/finishing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor box quality including liner, warp, size and print.
• Check anilox rolls for damage.
• Operate machinery at capacity and speed.
• Train First/Second Helpers and cross-train on other machines.
• Complete Production Data and Safety/Quality reports.
• Maintain and repair equipment as directed.
