Job summary

Pacer Group is seeking a Correspondence Tech Lead to design and implement CCM solutions, focusing on OpenText Exstream and Quadient Inspire. You will translate business requirements into scalable document composition and lead technical delivery on onsite and offshore teams.

As the primary on-site contact, you will guide architects, review designs, and ensure robust deployment packages while mentoring developers and coordinating across stakeholder groups.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Seeking a Correspondence Tech Lead with strong CCM expertise to lead the design, development, and implementation of customer communication solutions. The role will focus heavily on OpenText Exstream, Quadient Inspire, document composition, business rules, data mapping, and technical leadership. The lead will also serve as the primary onsite technical contact and coordinate with offshore teams.
