Job summary

Genius Business Solutions Inc. (GBSI) seeks an experienced OpenText Exstream Lead to drive the design and delivery of enterprise customer communication solutions.

You will serve as the primary onsite technical liaison for stakeholders, translating business requirements into scalable designs and mentoring offshore teams. The role requires strong expertise in OpenText Exstream, driving end-to-end SDLC, and delivering compliant correspondence solutions for global enterprises.

• Strong OpenText Exstream expertise and experience leading design and architecture reviews.
• Experience driving end-to-end SDLC for enterprise content solutions.
• Ability to mentor offshore teams and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven track record delivering compliant customer communications solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of customer communication and correspondence solutions using OpenText Exstream.
• Act as the primary onsite technical point of contact for business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and project teams.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and composition rules.
• Provide technical guidance to offshore development and support teams.
• Review solution designs, templates, scripts, and deployment packages for best practices.
• Drive architecture reviews, effort estimations, and solution planning.
• Support the full SDLC, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate with BAs and SMEs to understand correspondence requirements and regulatory changes.
• Lead impact assessments for enhancement requests, production issues, and technology upgrades.
• Ensure change management processes for implementations.
• Provide technical oversight for document templates, business rules, and data mapping.
• Conduct root cause analysis and resolve complex production defects.
• Mentor developers on Exstream design standards and performance optimization.
• Coordinate release activities and deployment across environments.
