The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania invites applications for a Corrections Stock Clerk at SCI Greene in Greene County, PA. The role focuses on receiving, maintaining, and distributing warehouse inventory while overseeing inmate workers and maintaining safety and efficiency.

You will help ensure accurate records, proper storage, and orderly operations in a secure environment, with a 40-hour work week from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• One year of stockroom, warehouse, retail sales, or clerical experience.
• An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsabilités

• Inventory management: Receive stock from vendors, inspect materials, match documentation, maintain accurate records.
• Stock maintenance: Conduct inventory audits, ensure proper storage methods, track supply levels.
• Inmate supervision: Assign tasks, provide training, track attendance, support safe work practices.
• Security procedures: Conduct searches for contraband, monitor the work area, exercise care, custody, and control over inmates.
• Equipment operation: Operate forklifts, hand trucks, delivery vehicles, and other equipment to move heavy materials.
• Supply purchasing: Initiate requisitions, replenish stock, and order warehouse office supplies through SAP.
