Responsibilities

Coordinates and completes tasks allowing individuals in custody to communicate with civilians.
Receives inquiries and concerns from individuals in custody and civilians regarding visitation and related systems.
Reviews visitor information forms (PVI), routes for approval and communicates with civilians to complete forms.
Prints and delivers daily visitation schedules to staff.
Acts as back up to clerical staff and receptionist for Clinical Services.
Performs other duties as required within scope of duties enumerated.
