Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily visitation-related tasks for individuals in custody and civilians.
• Receive inquiries/requests/complaints related to video visitation, telephony, MP3 players, and electronic messaging.
• Review and route visitor information forms (PVI) for approval.
• Print and distribute daily visitation schedules; assist staff as needed.
• Serve as back-up to clerical staff and receptionist in Clinical Services.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of duties.
• Comply with background checks, drug screening, and vaccine/medical standards.
