Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in criminal justice or training-related field with GED/high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage institutional training for all certified and non-certified staff to ensure policy compliance.
• Develop training calendars and lesson plans; assess training needs and monitor delivery.
• Coordinate and conduct training classes and New Hire Orientation.
• Document and maintain training records; enter training into the LMS.
• Work with DPS policy and CJETSC standards; report to Administrative Services Manager.
