Job summary

Qualifications

• Active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
• If holding a temporary permit, must obtain RN licensure within one year.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to inmates and administer treatments.
• Assist physicians during examinations and clinics; perform tests and screenings.
• Provide first aid, CPR, AED and other urgent care as needed.
• Maintain medical records and prepare reports for accurate health information.
• Coordinate care through shift reports and communication with staff.
• Follow infection control procedures to ensure safety and quality.
