Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) at Centralia Correctional Center in Centralia, Illinois. You will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the supervision of the DON and Nursing Supervisor, coordinating with a multi-disciplinary team. The Evening shift runs from 3 p.m.

to 11 p.m. with rotating weekends; a $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time RNs. Requirements include an Associate's degree, an active RN license, CPR certification, and the
