Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) at Centralia Correctional Center in Centralia, Illinois. You will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the supervision of the DON and Nursing Supervisor, coordinating with a multi-disciplinary team. The Evening shift runs from 3 p.m.

We're currently offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for all Full-time RNs.Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive services to the Illinois Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Centralia Correctional Center in Centralia, Illinois.Hourly salary of $49.68+/hour.We offer a $4 shift differential for evenings and $3 shift differential for nights.The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.• Associate's degree required• Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background checkSchedule: Full-time Evening Shift, 3 p.m. - 11 p.m.The schedule includes rotating weekends. When Saturday and Sunday are worked, the following Tuesday is scheduled off. When Saturday and Sunday are off, the following Thursday is scheduled off.
