Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Centralia Correctional Center in Centralia, Illinois. This full-time position offers an hourly salary of $48+/hour with evening and night differentials, as well as a $5,000 sign-on bonus. You will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications include an Associate's degree and a current Illinois RN license. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) with company match, and generous paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Registered Nurse license in Illinois or have the ability to obtain one.
• Must be certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
• Ability to complete a security clearance including a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients.
• Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to assess patient needs.
• Work under the direction of the Director of Nursing and Nursing Supervisor.
