Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Centralia Correctional Center in Centralia, Illinois. The RN provides holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients under the direction of the DON and Nursing Supervisor, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team.

This role offers day shifts and an hourly salary of $49.68+ with additional $4 evening and $3 night shift differentials, plus a robust benefits package

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• RN license or ability to obtain one required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care within scope of practice to incarcerated patients.
• Work under the direction of the DON or Nursing Supervisor.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to assess and respond to physical, psychological and social needs.
