Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for the Centralia Correctional Center in Centralia, Illinois. This position offers an hourly salary of $49.68+, along with a sign-on bonus of $5,000 for all full-time RNs.

The RN will provide holistic nursing care for incarcerated patients, working under the direction of the Director of Nursing. A flexible schedule is required, including rotating nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required.
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients.
• Work under the direction of the Director of Nursing and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Identify, assess, and respond to physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.
