Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in corrections, office support, or similar responsibilities.
• Earned credit hours from an accredited college or university can be substituted for the required experience at a rate of 30 credit hours for one year.

Responsibilities

• Maintain offender records including fingerprints/photographs/case histories/sentence and judgement papers.
• Compute discharge dates including conditional releases and time credit dates.
• Review and verify court documents for correct charge/sentence length/program eligibility/jail time credit.
