Responsibilities

• Direct psychological services for inmate well-being, program development, and staff performance.
• Oversee treatment planning, crisis intervention, and adherence to professional standards.
• Lead committees focusing on reception, crisis response, and mental health review.
• Establish staff competencies, review testing, and ensure diagnostic report accuracy.
• Provide consultation to specialized units and guide case management decisions.
• Maintain accreditation standards and provide expert testimony when needed.
