• Serve as an Administrative Duty Officer on a rotational basis for institutional operations.
• Write, manage and oversee policy and procedure development for all functions throughout the institution.
• Supervise staff and manage inmate appeal and disciplinary processes, including PREA.
• Prepare recommendations and management reports for review by internal and external users.
