Qualifications

• Working knowledge of facility operations, ACA and PREA standards.
• Exceptional customer service, interpersonal and written communications skills.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise, plan and direct the work of others.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise judgement, conduct research and formulate articulate responses.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain ACA and PREA standards at Green Rock Correctional Center.
• Provide administrative support to Operations/Warden's office in compliance management and policy development.
• Serve as liaison to the Attorney General's office and respond to inquiries from inmates, the public and DOC employees.
• Assist with Implementation Memorandum development, audits, accreditation coordination and related activities.
