You will work within a multidisciplinary team, ensure continuity of care, and help with discharge planning, while maintaining professional records and reports.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or counseling.
• No specific experience required at Corr. QMHP 9 level.
• Experience: 1 year QMHP services for Corr. QMHP 10; 2 years for QMHP P11.

• Conduct mental health evaluations and referrals to appropriate care levels.
• Provide psychosocial assessments, interventions, and consultations.
• Assist with placement and services for prisoners upon discharge to the community.
