Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Corrections LPN for a travel assignment in Somerset, PA. Earn $1,966 weekly for 40 hours, with benefits and full-time weekly pay.

Stay compliant with facility security standards while delivering nursing care in a corrections environment. Candidates must hold an active state LPN license, be 18+, and meet regulatory requirements; CPR and health documentation may be required.

Qualifications

• Current Practical Nursing License in the applicable state.
• Minimum of one year experience in Corrections preferred.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provides general and emergency nursing care in the Medical and Ambulatory section of the Corrections Facility while maintaining facility security standards.
• Works in close and daily contact with adults and children in custody.
• Maintains facility security standards during nursing duties.

Corrections LPN - Setting: Corrections | Job Type: Travel | Pay: $1966 / Week | Hours: 40.00 | Location: Somerset, PA

The Corrections Licensed Practical Nurse works in close and immediate contact with adults and children in custody on a daily basis providing general and emergency nursing care in the Medical and Ambulatory section of the Corrections Facility while maintaining facility security standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Possesses a current Practical Nursing License in the applicable state
• Minimum of one year experience in Corrections preferred
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
