Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks a Corrections LPN for a travel assignment based in Las Cruces, NM. You will provide general and emergency nursing care in the Medical and Ambulatory section of a Corrections Facility, while maintaining security standards.

Requirements include an active Practical Nursing license in the state, about one year of corrections experience, CPR if applicable, TB screening, health certificate, and compliance with federal/state rules.

Qualifications

• Possesses a current Practical Nursing License in the applicable state.
• Minimum of one year experience in Corrections preferred.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirementsMust be at least 18 years of age.
