Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Corrections Licensed Practical Nurse for a travel assignment in Clayton, MO. The role involves close contact with adults and children in custody to provide general and emergency nursing care in the Medical and Ambulatory section of the Corrections Facility while upholding facility security standards.

Requires an LPN license in the applicable state and at least one year of corrections experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Practical Nursing license in the applicable state.
• Minimum of one year experience in Corrections preferred.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
