Aramark Correctional Services seeks a Corrections Oversight Worker to supervise inmates during food preparation and tray assembly, ensuring adherence to production plans and safety standards. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of one year of food prep or related work preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Previous experience interacting with inmates a plus.
• Ability to obtain a food safety certification.
• Ability to motivate and supervise inmates and/or team members.
• Must qualify for and maintain correctional facility security clearance.
• Ability to follow basic safety procedures and policies.
• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to and maintain preparation and production guidelines by reviewing and approving production and temperature logs.
• Supervise inmates in food preparation and tray assembly.
• Ensure timely, efficient meal service and compliance with Aramark guidelines.
• Direct inmates in the use of Aramark recipes and train on proper cooking procedures.
• Ensure proper portions and dietary requirements are fulfilled.
• Obtain accurate daily population counts and review with staff.
• Adhere to security policies and procedures. Ensure storage areas are locked at all times.
• Ensure kitchen tools and equipment are secured and returned to their designated area.
• Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules and sanitation schedules.
• Assist in inventory, proper receiving and storing of food items; requisition orders as needed.
• Participates in the preparation/5 P's and postproduction of meals and items.
• Follows the Company's SOP for food handling and HACCP procedures.
