Job summary

Summit is seeking an experienced cook supervisor for our correctional facility kitchen in Westminster, MD. You will coordinate and supervise staff to ensure efficiency and adherence to high standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will train employees in food service and sanitation, ensure timely meal service, and maintain quality portions and temperatures. We offer medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and commuter benefits.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume, quality establishment.
• Strong knowledge of proper culinary methods and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
