Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Corrections Oversight Worker to supervise inmates in meal preparation and ensure adherence to production plans. You will train workers, coordinate schedules, and uphold sanitation and safety standards in a correctional environment.

The role emphasizes supervising inmates, reviewing production logs, and enforcing Aramark guidelines while maintaining security and operational efficiency across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum of one year in food prep or related work preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to motivate and supervise inmates and/or team members in a correctional environment.
• Must qualify for and maintain correctional facility security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and maintain production guidelines per Aramark standards.
• Supervise inmates in food preparation and tray assembly.
• Ensure timely meal service and compliance with guidelines.
• Direct inmates in the use of recipes and train on procedures.
• Assist in inventory, receiving, and storing food items as needed.
• Participate in HACCP and proper food handling procedures.
• Maintain security by following policies and securing equipment and areas.
